Job summary

Silgan Containers Corp is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for the North East, Pennsylvania location. This full-time position is responsible for managing daily operations of the HR office, developing HR policies, and coordinating recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background with at least 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR experience required.
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and policies.
• Assist in development of HR programs aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate recruitment processes for hourly employees.
• Provide day-to-day benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

General knowledge of employment laws and practices
