Job summary

Airgas is seeking an experienced HR Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring for the HR organization across AME COEs. You will develop dashboards, apply cost allocation methods, and coordinate with Finance and HR leaders on spend optimization and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include tracking PEX/Non-PEX, validating COE chargebacks, and supporting COE leaders with budget decisions while ensuring data privacy and governance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• Strong data analysis, quantitative/qualitative analysis and problem solving.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and business acumen.
• Digital savvy with emphasis on Google Sheets, MS Excel and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Oversee actual performance against business case financial objectives with respect to capex, opex, and L9, including both myHR and TOM elements of the project.
• Develop tools and processes to identify and manage leading cost indicators to enable proactive cost containment and optimization.
• Build financial models and create dashboards and reports to communicate progress to key stakeholders, identifying action plans to offset cost overruns.
• Forecast annual budget for AME COEs and track monthly Airgas costs for AME COEs, reporting on PEX and Non-PEX.
• Provide support to AME HR PMO and Group HR PMO with reporting and data to COE Leads/teams.
