Job summary

Airgas, Inc. seeks an experienced Controller for HR Operations to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis of the HR organization across Airgas entities. You will develop dashboards, models and reports for senior leadership and partner with the Americas hub to ensure cost alignment.

The role requires strong data analytics, advanced financial modeling and a collaborative approach to drive data‑driven decisions. Based in Radnor, PA, with exposure to global HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience in business or functional analysis in operations control, finance, or related areas.
• Experience with HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget, forecast and performance monitoring for Airgas HR.
• Develop tools to manage cost indicators and optimize spending.
• Build financial models and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Americas hub Ops Control on cost allocation.
• Manage HR metrics and KPI reporting for the Americas hub.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
