Job summary

Airgas HR Controller role leads budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring for the HR organization, delivering dashboards and insights to drive data-driven decisions. You will partner with AME COEs, COE leaders and HRBP teams to manage costs, allocate resources and support strategic initiatives.

The role requires a strong finance/ops background, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and experience building financial models and dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in a role focused on business or functional analysis in operations control, finance, or HR.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with ability to influence decisions.
• Advanced financial modeling and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, forecast and performance monitoring for the HR organization.
• Develop tools to identify cost indicators and drive cost optimization.
• Build financial models and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Forecast annual budgets for AME COEs and track monthly costs.
• Support COE HR and AME PMOs with reporting and data.
