Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Controller for HR Operations to lead budget, forecast and performance monitoring across HR entities. You will design dashboards, build financial models, and steer cost containment with COE alignment, reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in finance/operations, strong data analytics and communication skills, and a University degree in a related field. Based in Houston with partnership to Airgas HO.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business required.
• Fluent English; additional language skills a plus.
• 10+ years in business/functional analysis in operations control, finance or HR support.
• Strong data analysis, financial modeling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, forecast and performance monitoring for Airgas HR organization.
• Develop cost indicators and dashboards; communicate progress to leaders.
• Coordinate COE and HR PMO reporting and data to COE leads/teams.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and HR metrics tracking.
