Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Controller for HR Operations to lead budget, forecast and performance monitoring for the HR organization across Airgas entities, translating data into actionable plans. This role partners with finance and HR leaders to drive cost containment and develop dashboards for key stakeholders.

You will oversee COE and PMO reporting, ensure data privacy compliance, and support cost analysis and strategic initiatives across Radnor, PA and Houston, TX locations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• English required; additional languages a plus.
• 10+ years in business or functional analysis in operations control, finance, or HR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, forecast and performance monitoring for HR with KPIs.
• Develop tools to identify cost indicators and enable cost containment.
• Build financial models and dashboards to communicate progress to leaders.
• Coordinate with Americas hub Ops Control on cost allocation methods.
• Forecast annual budgets and track COE/HR costs; report monthly.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and support COE/PMO reporting.
