Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks an experienced Controller for HR Operations to lead budget, forecast and performance reporting across the HR organization. You will develop tools and dashboards, drive data-driven decisions, and work with HRBP/CoE to optimize costs and ensure accuracy of cost allocations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• 10+ years experience in business/functional analysis in operations control, finance, or HR support.
• Expertise in data analysis, qualitative/quantitative analysis, and problem solving to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, forecast and performance monitoring for HR organization, with respect to KPIs.
• Develop tools and dashboards to communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Forecast annual budget for AME COEs and track costs for AME COEs.
• Manage HR metrics collection, consolidation and analysis across HR groups.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
