Job summary

Project Harmony Child Protection Center is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations and compliance. You will oversee employment law, policy, employee relations, HRIS integrity, payroll, audits, and leave administration, partnering with leadership to ensure compliant, efficient HR practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years HR experience, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• HRIS data management, reporting, payroll, time and labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Oversee payroll operations, audits, and data accuracy.
