Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships for HR programs and coordinate screenings, invoices, reports, and compliance metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for HR Operations vendors and internal teams; validate invoices, code GL accounts, and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate unemployment claims administration with vendors and internal partners to gather required information.
• Distribute HR compliance notices and posters with designated vendors.
• Respond to employment verification requests for current and former employees.
• Support HR processes across payroll, benefits, employee relations, analytics, and HRIS.
