Qualifications

• Associate/technical degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience using HR systems and handling HR processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general HR support to team members and field managers.
• Answer calls and inquiries to assist with HR systems and processes.
• Assist with background checks, I-9/E-Verify, PTO, and related compliance tasks.
• Maintain and support enterprise Employee Case Management System and SLAs.
• Support onboarding processes and participate in special HR projects as needed.
