Job summary

Inspire Brands in Atlanta, GA is seeking a People Link Specialist to provide general HR support across affiliates and centers. You will handle employee relations, HRIS access, E-Verify/I-9 compliance, PTO, background checks, and learning management systems, while maintaining data integrity and meeting SLAs.

You will monitor the enterprise Employee Case Management System, escalate critical issues, respond to subpoenas and security clearances, assist with unemployment claims, and serve as backup

Qualifications

• Two-year associate/technical degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience using HR systems.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide general HR support to team members and managers via multiple contact formats.
• Answer calls and inquiries to support HR systems and processes (including HRIS, E Verify/I-9).
• Assist with PTO, background checks, learning management systems, and case management.
• Monitor Employee Case Management System, escalate critical issues, and close cases per SLAs.
• Respond to subpoenas and security clearance requests; manage unemployment claims.
• Back-up onboarding in the Support Centers and participate in special projects.

Job description

Provide support for all HR functions across the Inspire Brands Operations and Support Centers. Ensure compliance throughout all Inspire Brands affiliates and protect the company with consistency, adherence to regulations and laws. This position will also be responsible for defined processes within Talent Management and various administrative tasks as assigned. The People Link Specialist will develop a working knowledge of Background Checks, the I-9 process, and data integrity.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide general Human Resources support to team members and field managers by applying basic knowledge of HR concepts and procedures via multiple contact formats.
