Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Candidate Management: Screen applications, rate candidates, schedule interviews, provide weekly pipeline updates.
• Employee File Administration & Compliance: Audit and organize personnel files, track required documentation, coordinate missing documents, support audits.
• General HR Support: Assist with payroll tasks in HRIS, coordinate FMLA tracking, organize policy files.
• System Migration & Process Improvement: Support HR system migration and refine processes as the organization grows.
