Job summary

RealTruck Group’s Truck Hero - Corporate division seeks an Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR activities in Missouri. You will act as liaison for employees, help with onboarding, and maintain HR records.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of HR experience or HR internship.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HR employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for employees and HR.
• Respond to inquiries about employment issues.
• Direct phone and email inquiries to the appropriate group.
• Prepare monthly birthday cards and notices.
• Support and coordinate internal HR communications.
• Track and report headcount and HR metrics.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate HR events.
• Maintain compliance postings and I-9 documentation.
• Draft content for employee communications for senior review.
• Disseminate timely communication through internal channels.
• Maintain employee records and HR files.
• Process HR invoices and route payments.
