Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR activities for Truck Hero - Corporate. This role will help maintain employee records, assist onboarding, and coordinate internal communications across the HR function.

You will respond to employee inquiries, track headcount, and help prepare HR-related deliverables for senior management while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in HR or HR internship.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HR employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for employees and HR.
• Respond to inquiries from employees on employment-related issues.
• Direct phone and email inquiries to the appropriate group.
• Prepare monthly birthday cards and posting notices for birthdays/anniversaries.
• Support, develop, and coordinate internal HR communications.
• Track and report monthly headcount and HR metrics.
• Conduct orientation with new hires and assist onboarding.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate HR events.
• Maintain compliance postings and I-9 documentation.
• Gather content and data for employee communications and drafts for senior management.
