Job summary

LyondellBasell seeks an HR Consultant, HR for HR, to partner with the global People & Culture organization. The role focuses on talent acquisition support, employee lifecycle transactions, budgeting, and HR policy execution while ensuring confidentiality and professional service across the company.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, maintain organized records, and drive process improvements for HR operations, leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools to deliver accurate,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
HR certification through HRCI or SHRM is preferred.
Experience supporting HR processes, talent management, onboarding, and employee communication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate annual HR budgeting processes and deliver Excel analyses.
Handle confidential employee and business information with discretion.
Lead HR Connection activities and prepare materials for inquiries.
Develop and maintain knowledge of LYB HR policies, processes, and systems.
Prepare professional presentations and communications using PowerPoint and Excel.
Support multiple annual processes with strong organization and follow-up.
