Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes and basic compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager and COO with HR functions and processes.
• Manage employee benefits, records, onboarding, and leaves.
• Handle unemployment and EEO-1 data filing annually.
• Coordinate open enrollment and plan participation with broker.
• Prepare job offers and assist in new hire setup.
• Process terminations and maintain confidential files.
• Support OSHA reporting and HR policy updates.
• Produce HR reports and perform special projects as needed.
