Job summary

Parker Aerospace, part of Parker Hannifin, seeks a Senior Human Resource Generalist to independently manage core HR functions and partner with leaders to optimize performance and employee relations.

You will administer benefits programs, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations while supporting compensation processes and policy development across the Exotic Metals Forming Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 to 4+ years of experience in HR.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review and implementation of the benefits program.
• Administer benefits including medical, dental, disability, and leave programs.
• Coordinate between employees and insurance providers.
• Manage performance evaluation and compensation review processes.
• Advise on employee relations and policy guidance.
• Maintain employee handbook, benefits guides and HR policies.
• Participate in HR staff meetings and department goals.
