Job summary

You will advocate the Corporate WIN Strategy and collaborate across levels of the organization. The position emphasizes onboarding, recruitment support, records maintenance, benefits assistance, and site-level engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 0-2+ years of Human Resources or Administrative experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office; PeopleSoft experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding process including paperwork, orientation, and system setup.
• Support recruitment activities such as interviews and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment questions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and plan site-level events.
• Assist with investigations or disciplinary documentation as needed.
• Prepare reports on headcount, attendance, recruiting, and audits.
• Ensure HR policies are followed and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc requests.
