Overview

The HR Ops Coordinator will be part of the PBNA HR Operations Employee Relations Center of Excellence. The role involves supporting PBNA E2E Speak Up Investigations, Employee Investigations, and Appeals Investigations, with potential evolution to support HR operational transactional work for Employee Relations.

The ideal candidate can quickly learn new processes, think strategically, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have an investigative mindset, and maintain high confidentiality and customer service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and disseminate cases efficiently and promptly.
  • Engage with employees at all levels via phone, email, and Teams to address employee relations issues, conduct interviews, speak with witnesses, review evidence, analyze actions, and recommend resolutions for policy violations.
  • Summarize and report on Speak Up cases both verbally and in written formats.
  • Follow established protocols to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure first call resolution.
  • Perform on-call duties during weekends/evenings as needed.
  • Adhere to information security protocols and handle sensitive data responsibly.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing appropriately.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and operational excellence, resolving transactions efficiently and in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Serve as an escalation point for administrative queries from employees and managers.
  • Maintain HR systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee records.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Construct objective narratives during investigations, involving key stakeholders as needed.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Information: This role is 100% remote; a private home workspace is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $50,300 - $78,350, based on skills, experience, and education.
  • Benefits include paid time off, parental leave, vacation, sick leave, bereavement, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Investigations, preferably in a union environment.
  • Experience with employee investigations, discipline, and statement-taking.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or sales environments is advantageous.
  • Comfort with technology, systems, and data analytics.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
