A leading company is seeking an HR Ops Coordinator to support employee relations investigations. The role requires excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. This position is fully remote and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
The HR Ops Coordinator will be part of the PBNA HR Operations Employee Relations Center of Excellence. The role involves supporting PBNA E2E Speak Up Investigations, Employee Investigations, and Appeals Investigations, with potential evolution to support HR operational transactional work for Employee Relations.
The ideal candidate can quickly learn new processes, think strategically, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have an investigative mindset, and maintain high confidentiality and customer service standards.
Other Information: This role is 100% remote; a private home workspace is required.
