HR Operations Assistant Analyst (Employee Relations)

Overview

The HR Ops Coordinator will be part of the PBNA HR Operations Employee Relations Center of Excellence. The role involves supporting PBNA E2E Speak Up Investigations, Employee Investigations, and Appeals Investigations. Over time, the role will expand to support HR Operational Transactional work related to Employee Relations.

The ideal candidate can learn new processes quickly, think strategically, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have an investigative/curious mindset, and maintain high confidentiality and customer service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and disseminate cases efficiently and timely.
  • Interact with employees and leaders via phone, email, and Teams regarding employee relations matters; conduct interviews, review evidence, and analyze action items related to policy violations, making recommendations for resolution.
  • Gather, summarize, and report on Speak Up cases verbally and in written form.
  • Follow protocols to deliver excellent customer service and first call resolution.
  • Perform on-call duties for weekends/evenings as needed.
  • Handle sensitive data following security protocols.
  • Multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Act as an escalation point for administrative queries and support.
  • Maintain HR systems ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Construct objective narratives during investigations involving input from stakeholders.
  • Communicate professionally across all organizational levels.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

This role is 100% remote, requiring a private home workspace.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $50,300 - $78,350.
  • Salary based on skills, experience, and education.
  • Includes paid time off, parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Investigations, preferably in a union environment.
  • Experience with investigations, discipline, and statement-taking.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or sales environment preferred.
  • Comfort with technology, systems, and data analytics.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
