Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and provide clerical assistance to the HR department.

You will compile employee records, prepare reports on staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations, and assist in payroll data. Strong organizational and communication skills required; BS in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR assistant or relevant HR/administrative role.
• PC proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical support to Human Resources department.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Process documentation and produce reports on staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate projects (meetings, trainings, surveys).
• Assist payroll by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves).
• Communicate with public services as needed.
