Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an HR Analyst to support HR operations through workforce data analysis, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and process support.

This role will help maintain accurate HR data and deliver insights informing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and planning. The HR Analyst will work with recruiting, turnover, retention, attendance, compensation, and other workforce metrics to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, or analytics.
• 2+ years in HR analytics, HRIS, or related analytical role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and workforce reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Power BI or Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruiting, turnover, retention, attendance, compensation, and workforce trends.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports using accurate data for leadership.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS databases with confidentiality.
• Monitor HR metrics and develop dashboards to support goals and decision-making.
• Assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and workforce planning.
• Support recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline data.
• Audit HR data and processes for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Partner with payroll, finance, and operations to reconcile data and reporting.
