Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in personnel management, business administration, or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience in a large governmental agency, hospital, or healthcare facility with personnel management responsibilities.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, analytics, and reporting to drive efficiency and service excellence.
• Prepare and present HR metrics and dashboards to CHRO and leadership as needed.
• Oversee HR actions via WAPS and prepare supporting memos.
• Ensure employment transactions follow policies and are processed in PeopleSoft.
• Serve as primary liaison for HR systems issues and HRSS tickets.
• Bi-weekly review of HR audits and compliance of personnel actions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives with executive leadership.
• Design and evaluate engagement programs to reinforce values and inclusion.
• Develop comms to raise awareness of benefits and self-service tools.
• Oversee offboarding activities to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance reports and support for performance management timelines.
