RTX is seeking a dynamic HR Services professional for a hybrid role in Cedar Rapids, IA or Farmington, CT. You will support advisory, case management, and operational excellence initiatives, assisting employees and managers via calls, chats, and cases.

Collaboration across teams will be key to delivering a seamless employee experience. You will gain exposure to policies, guidance on self-service resources, and resolution of inquiries while contributing to process improvements and HR operations

Qualificações

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a professional environment with a focus on problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands-on experience by contributing to four core areas of our HR operations; Advisory and Engagement, Complex Case Management, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Collaboration.
• HR Advisory & Engagement: Serve as a key resource for employees and managers in a contact center environment by providing high-quality assistance and resolution for various inquiries via calls, chats, and case.
• Complex Case Management: Assist in resolution of complex employee issues, researching, handling sensitive information with professional judgment, ensuring accuracy and empathy.
• Operational Excellence: Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve day-to-day operations and the employee experience.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work across multiple teams to ensure a seamless experience and share insights for continuous improvement.
