• Handle inquiries via calls, chats, and case management.
• Provide guidance on company policies and self-service resources.
• Assist in resolving complex employee issues with research and professional judgment.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency projects.
• Collaborate across U.S. People Services to improve stakeholder experiences.
