Job summary

Stradit LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a senior HR Operations professional to lead complex HR service delivery transformations. You will drive process redesign, current-state assessments, and future-state planning across the employee lifecycle, including offboarding, with a focus on governance and scalable systems.

The role requires 6–10+ years in HR operations or shared services, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and familiarity with HRIS (Oracle preferred) and automation

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in HR Operations, HR shared services, employee lifecycle, HR transformation, or related operational roles.
• Experience supporting process redesign, current-state assessment, future-state planning, and implementation in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and offboarding processes, service delivery models, operational controls, and stakeholder support.
• Ability to build project plans, process documentation, governance materials, status updates, and leadership-ready summaries.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and move work forward without direct authority.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Oracle preferred), case management, workflow, reporting, or automation platforms.

Responsibilities
