Job summary

Comcast Advertising in Philadelphia seeks a Human Resources Operating Model & Governance Lead Analyst to drive the enterprise HR operating model, ensuring governance, reporting, and artifact management are integrated into daily work.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Finance to align priorities, track decisions, and improve governance cadences, templates, and dashboards using Tableau and Power Apps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7–10 years of relevant experience.
6+ years in analytics, governance support, or portfolio operations.
Experience building integrated reporting and dashboards for executives.
Experience supporting enterprise governance or prioritization rhythms.

Responsibilities

Leads continuous improvement of the HR operating model by evaluating governance processes and reporting outputs.
Maintains a clear, integrated view of HR initiatives across the enterprise.
Coordinates HR governance forums, including agenda management and material preparation.
Improves reporting outputs, performance measures, and responsible metrics.
Tracks decisions, commitments, actions, and outcomes across HR initiatives.
Synthesizes stakeholder inputs to support prioritization and decision-making.
Designs and standardizes templates, tools, and artifacts used across HR governance.
Identifies opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes and governance mechanisms.
Evaluates governance forums and cadence for improvements to speed decisions.
Demonstrates independent judgment and reliable attendance.
