Job summary

Comcast (CC) of Willow Grove is seeking a seasoned professional to manage strategic direction and oversee the build and deployment of HR systems initiatives. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, lead requirement analysis, and ensure successful project execution to enhance employee experiences.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align platform development with organizational strategies, oversee build/test/deploy activities, and mentor teams while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with HR technology and Workday preferred.
