Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in finance and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, data governance, and close processes.
• Experience with SAP, Fusion, OneStream, Essbase, or Incorta is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team in the development and analysis of financial plans and reports.
• Driving strategic financial projects, providing insights that influence long-term planning and immediate business decisions.
• Simplifying and communicating complex financial data to ensure clarity and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Conducting comprehensive economic evaluations to inform the organization's financial strategy and investment decisions.
• Identifying and analyzing emerging financial trends, integrating them into strategic planning and forecasting.
• Oversee end-to-end data integration from multiple source systems (e.g., SAP, Fusion), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across reporting outputs.
• Collaborating with internal finance teams and business leaders to consolidate financial results and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Developing and refining financial models to support decision-making on strategic growth initiatives.
• Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of excellence in financial management and analysis.
