Job summary

Comcast in Philadelphia is seeking a Human Resources Operating Model & Governance Lead Analyst to unify governance, analytics and enterprise reporting across HR. You will provide portfolio visibility, governance discipline, and the operating cadence needed to support a high‑impact function.

The role collaborates with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Workforce Economics, Finance and transformation partners; you’ll design templates, dashboards (Tableau) and automation using low‑code

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of analytics, governance support, enterprise reporting, portfolio operations, or PMO support.
  • Direct experience building and maintaining integrated reporting, scorecards, portfolio views, or decision-support outputs.
  • Direct experience supporting enterprise governance or prioritization rhythms, including tracking decisions, actions, and recurring outputs.
  • Experience building dashboards or working with Tableau.
  • Strong Power Apps, Excel and PowerPoint capability.
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly.
  • Working knowledge of low-code/no-code tools to support workflow and reporting automation.
  • Interest in learning and applying AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

  • Leads continuous improvement of the HR operating model by evaluating and enhancing governance processes, meeting cadences, tools, templates, reporting, scorecards, and ways of working to improve effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and business impact.
  • Maintains a clear and integrated view of HR initiatives and priorities across the enterprise.
  • Coordinates and supports HR governance forums, including agenda management, preparation of materials, decision tracking, action follow-up, and continuous improvement of governance effectiveness.
  • Continuously improves reporting outputs, and performance measures that provide visibility into progress, outcomes, risks, value realization, and operating model effectiveness.
  • Tracks priorities, decisions, commitments, actions, and outcomes across HR initiatives to improve accountability and execution.
  • Synthesizes HRBP, COE, Workforce Economics, and stakeholder inputs to support prioritization, planning, governance discussions, and decision-making.
  • Designs, standardizes, simplifies, and continuously improves templates, tools, workflows, governance artifacts, and operating model outputs used across HR.
  • Identifies opportunities to simplify, automate, streamline, and improve HR operating processes and governance mechanisms.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of governance forums, operating cadences, metrics, and decision-making processes, recommending improvements that increase organizational effectiveness and speed to decision.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Job Summary

We are seeking a tools and automation‑focused, analytically strong and highly organized professional to support the evolution of how Human Resources operates across the enterprise. This role will help bring together business priorities, Human Resources plans, and functional strategies into a clear operating model, and ensure that work is tracked, measured, and communicated effectively. The Human Resources Operating Model & Governance Lead Analyst is responsible for enabling the enterprise Human Resources operating model to function effectively in practice by providing the portfolio visibility, governance discipline, reporting support, artifact management, and operating cadence needed to support a high‑impact governance function. This role acts as the operational backbone of the Human Resources Operating Model & Governance team and ensures the integrated model can run with consistency, visibility, and follow‑through. Maintains strong working relationships with Human Resources Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Workforce Economics, Finance, and transformation partners.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant experience.
  • 6 or more years of experience in analytics, governance support, enterprise reporting, portfolio operations, business operations, Project Management Office support, or a closely related field.
  • Direct experience building and maintaining integrated reporting, scorecards, portfolio views, or decision‑support outputs used by leaders.
  • Direct experience supporting enterprise governance or prioritization rhythms, including tracking decisions, actions, and recurring outputs.
  • Candidates may come from Human Resources, Project Management Office, operations, analytics, finance, or similar settings, but must bring direct experience producing integrated, decision‑useful governance and reporting outputs.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience building dashboards or working with visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong Power App, Excel and PowerPoint capability.
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly.
  • Working knowledge of low‑code or no‑code tools to support workflow and reporting automation.
  • Interest in learning and applying new tools, including AI‑enabled solutions and workflow automation.
