Job summary

George’s is seeking a Human Resources Trainer to conduct new team member orientations and manage onboarding records. You will maintain personnel files and serve as a primary contact for general HR inquiries, delivering timely, accurate responses. The role supports compliance and administrative tasks across the HR function in a busy poultry facility.

Strong communication, MS Office skills, and attention to detail are essential. Bilingual abilities and poultry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of HR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred bilingual (spoken and written).
• Poultry industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new team member orientations, including onboarding and time records.
• Compile, organize and maintain new team member personnel files.
• Explain and issue required PPE to new team members.
• Assign identification badges as needed.
• Assist HR with clerical and administrative activities.
• Maintain informational bulletin boards inside of the production facility.
• Process employment applications and assist in HR activities.
• Serve as a primary contact for general HR inquiries and respond timely and accurately.
