George’s is seeking a Human Resources Trainer to conduct new team member orientations and manage onboarding records. You will maintain personnel files and serve as a primary contact for general HR inquiries, delivering timely, accurate responses. The role supports compliance and administrative tasks across the HR function in a busy poultry facility.
Strong communication, MS Office skills, and attention to detail are essential. Bilingual abilities and poultry experience are preferred.

The Human Resources Trainer is responsible for conducting new team member orientations. This position also compiles, organizes, and maintains team member personnel file. The Human Resources Trainer serves as a primary point of contact to answer general HR-related new hire inquiries and responds to questions or concerns timely and accurately.
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
Required High school diploma or equivalent AND 1 year of human resources or applicable experience Strong computer knowledge to include use of the Microsoft Office Strong communication (written and verbal) skills Preferred Bilingual skills (verbal and/or written) Poultry experience
