Job summary

George’s Processing in the United States seeks a General Labor Production team member to safely and efficiently perform varied duties on the production floor. You may rotate between departments and workstations to meet daily operational needs and maintain production flow.

The role requires no prior experience, may involve standing for long periods in a cold, damp environment, and requires adherence to safety and attendance policies. Training and PPE are provided to support a safe work setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent or not required
• Must be 18 years or older
• No prior experience required; poultry/meat processing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work in different areas of the poultry processing plant including first processing, debone and/or second processing
• Rotates between positions on a line or between departments
• Maintain production flow and pace
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Adhere to company policies and attendance expectations
• Perform all other duties as assigned
