Job summary

Crimson Heights in Saint George, UT, is seeking an HR support specialist to assist recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and payroll accuracy for a growing behavioral health team.

You will own recruiting steps from interview coordination through onboarding, conduct background checks, complete new-hire paperwork, support credentialing and enrollment, assist with payroll, and help with employee relations and day-to-day HR administration. This is an in-person role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR or administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting steps from interview scheduling to onboarding.
• Conduct background and reference checks.
• Handle new-hire paperwork and keep files up to date.
• Support credentialing and new employee enrollment.
• Assist with payroll processing and record keeping.
• Support employee relations and engagement events.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
