Job summary

The Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah is seeking an organized HR Onboarding Specialist to coordinate new hire onboarding, maintain accurate team member records, and support day-to-day HR activities.

This on-site, Monday–Friday role emphasizes precise paperwork (I-9), termination support, file audits, recruitment postings, and helping with recognition programs and events to ensure a welcoming start for new team members and growth within HR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete all necessary steps for new hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9 completion and verification, filing, and maintaining accurate team member records.
• Assist with all steps of the employee termination process and ensure required documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
• Maintain organized and accurate team member files and assist with periodic file audits.
• Assist with recruiting-related social media posts and advertising open positions.
• Assist the HR team with recognition programs, team member events, and other HR initiatives throughout the year.
• Communicate new team member arrival information to the Housing Manager and assist with coordinating arrival transportation.
• Maintain an organized HR office, including keeping onboarding supplies stocked and up to date.
• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, mailing, scanning, emailing, and filing documents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
