Job summary

Crimson Heights in Saint George, Utah is seeking an entry- to mid-level HR/administrative professional to support recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, payroll accuracy, and employee relations for a growing behavioral health team.

You will own interview coordination through onboarding, conduct background and reference checks, complete new-hire paperwork, assist with credentialing and enrollment, and help with payroll and record keeping, all in person.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting steps from interview coordination through onboarding and training support.
• Conduct background and reference checks for candidates.
• Complete new-hire paperwork and keep employee files current.
• Support credentialing and new employee enrollment.
• Assist with payroll processing and accurate record keeping.
• Support employee relations, engagement events, and day-to-day HR administration.
