Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking an HR Administrator to manage onboarding, new hires, and HR compliance across our centers. You will oversee I-9 processing, background checks, license verification, and maintain confidential personnel files.

Strong knowledge of Workday and MS Office is required. Qualifications include a degree in HR or Healthcare Admin with relevant experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Associate’s degree and three years HR related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent and five years HR related experience

Mansioni

• Processes new hires, status changes and terminations within defined timeframes.
• Creates job requisitions and sources/reviews applications.
• Verifies medical licenses and certifications as needed.
• Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
