Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is essential.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with program and support departments as the direct point of contact for assigned programs.
• Assist candidates through onboarding, including offer letters, onboarding paperwork, I-9s, and required certifications for licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Administrator teams to ensure onboarding moves efficiently and communicate changes to assigned areas.
