• Strong MS Office skills; quick learning of new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire workflows in the ATS with timely documentation.
• Provide HR operations support, including verifications and audits.
• Serve as the HR office contact and manage scheduling, communications, and follow-up.
• Post internal job ads and manage requisitions lifecycle; maintain onboarding reports.
• Maintain onboarding portal updates and program locations; ensure compliance updates.
