Job summary

Fidelity Memorial Group in Garden City, GA seeks a motivated Human Resources Intern (Onboarding & Operations) to help drive a key onboarding project while learning HR operations, compliance, and talent processes.

You will collaborate with the HR Director, gain hands-on experience with HRIS systems, data analytics, and regulatory requirements, and contribute to candidate experience and record accuracy on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate/graduate student or recent graduate in HR or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; quick learner of HRIS tools.
• On-site presence at Garden City, GA.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding project execution and maintain onboarding materials.
• Enter and maintain candidate and employee data in HRIS/ATS PayChex Flex.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of personnel records.
• Assist with I-9 processing and compliance audits.
• Support recruitment tasks including job postings and scheduling.
• Provide general HR operational support and event coordination.
