Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City, KS is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR function and help drive business goals. You will partner with HR leadership to assist with onboarding, benefits, training, and daily HR operations.

The role includes front-line recruiting, payroll support, records management, and compliance with federal/state law. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field is preferred; MS Office proficiency and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HR or similar experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Criminal background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Greets Pack Members and handles HR inquiries in person, by phone or email.
• Manages front-line recruiting and onboarding for the Lodge.
• Maintains HR records, payroll, time and attendance data and reporting.
• Provides confidential HR support while ensuring compliance with federal/state laws.
