Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR function and partner with HR leadership to drive our business goals. You will manage front-line recruitment and onboarding for the Lodge, handle Pack-related HR inquiries, and coordinate employee training and HR reporting.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality, with responsibilities spanning benefits FAQs, training, and data entry across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HR or related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
• Energetic and positive energy
• Ability to multitask effectively

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and answer daily questions in person, by phone or email.
• Ensure timely communication with employees, leadership and departments to support service culture.
• Lead front-line recruitment and onboarding for Lodge as directed by HR leadership.
• Handle FAQs about benefits, perks and HR topics with the Pack.
• Listen to Pack questions or concerns and escalate appropriately to HRM/HRD.
• Conduct trainings to onboard new Pack and leaders (Wolfology, Create the Moment).
• Support training programs and completion of online trainings (Great Wolf University).
• Own day-to-day reporting, admin duties and HR data processing.
