Great Wolf Lodge in LaGrange, GA is seeking an HR Manager to execute our HR strategy and support our Pack. You will partner with lodge leadership to drive recruitment for supervisory and managerial roles, oversee benefits, payroll, performance management, and compliance with employment laws while fostering a strong culture.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, staff development, and maintaining confidentiality in HR data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year HR experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and positive energy.
• Multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recruitment and hiring for supervisor and manager positions as well as other open roles.
• Plans effectively for hiring needs based on forecast, turnover and current staffing levels.
• Manages performance management including goal setting and staff appraisals.
• Contributes to leave, payroll administration and benefits processes as assigned.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws and mitigates risks.
• Supports employee development and succession planning through coaching and career guidance.
