How You Will Make a Difference
As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a HR Onboarding Coordinator who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, Called to serve patients in their home. The HR Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience for new colleagues at VitalCaring Group. In this role, you will support the human resources department by coordinating and executing the onboarding process to ensure all new hires are properly equipped and prepared for success.
As the HR Onboarding Coordinator, you will:
Skills for Success
• Proactive problem solving, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in HR software, UKG and HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase), as well as Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, and other relevant tools strongly preferred.
• Solution-driven, execution-oriented and responds with urgency.
• Enthusiastic about being accountable for delivering measurable results within agreed timelines.

Experience to Deliver on Our Mission
• High school Diploma required, HR certificate or associate’s degree in HR or related area preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the HR or onboarding coordinator role, preferably in a healthcare or home health setting.
