Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One or more years of administrative, human resources, payroll, or customer service experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and serve as a key point of contact for team members, leaders, candidates, and visitors.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members including I-9 verification, badge photo coordination, new hire documentation, and orientation logistics.
• Coordinate new hire welcome activities and assist with payroll audits and reporting.
• Support recruiting administration and pre-employment processes.
• Maintain personnel records in HR information systems and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
• Assist with attendance administration and leave documentation.
