Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners seeks an organized HR Coordinator to support teammates through onboarding, benefits, and leave administration, with strong focus on accurate HR records. This on-site role is based in our Franklin, TN office and serves as a trusted HR resource for new and current teammates.

You will handle onboarding, HRIS setup, background checks, benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance tasks, ensuring timely, professional support across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR admin with benefits and leave experience.
• 1+ year of pre-employment background checks including E-Verify.
• Experience with UKG HCM/UKG Pro is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes, background checks, HRIS setup, I-9 and E-Verify.
• Maintain employee records in UKG Pro and conduct data audits.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, leave programs, and HR inquiries.
• Support meetings, audits, reports, and compliance activities.
