Job summary

Xanterra Grand Canyon Hotel & Suites in Tusayan, AZ is seeking an HR Administrative Associate to onboard employees, perform data entry, prepare reports, and support the HR management team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This full-time, year-round position offers 40 hours per week at $19.50 per hour, with schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Start date: November 2026.

Qualifications

• 1 year in admin/office role; 2 years customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; problem solving.
• Proficient with MS Office, HRIS systems, timekeeping software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes and new-hire paperwork.
• Handle routine HR tasks including compensation, benefits, and leaves.
• Respond to inquiries from applicants and employees.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws.
• Coordinate scheduling and manage front-desk visitors.
• Assist HR management with reporting and data entry.
