Job Description

On-site - San Juan 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

The HR Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, allowances and adjustments. This role manages government-mandated remittances and loan reporting while serving as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing personnel concerns and supporting day to day employee communications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Compensation and benefits or payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor laws and government benefits systems (SSS, Phil Health, Pag-ibig, BIR).
• Basic Knowledge of tax computation and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other HR Payroll systems.
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be willing to work in San Juan Greenhills.
