Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years’ Walmart Logistics management experience or 2 years’ supervisory experience including HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to support HR objectives.
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by coordinating staffing, scheduling and training.
• Manage HR functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, and compliance with HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and HR systems, and address employment-related concerns.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
• Coordinate training including new hire orientation and web-based modules for distribution or transportation teams.
