Qualifications

• Two years general office management and human resource experience required.
• Experience with payroll processing.
• HR issues, record-keeping and file maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all office functions and processes including clerical, personnel, medical records, office machines and payroll.
• Assist in billing process and financial functions as needed.
• Oversee agency communications including pagers, telephones, mail and tracking of physician orders.
• Promote compliance with state and federal regulations.
